Douglas G. Sand – City Auditor

Douglas Sand has been serving Reading as auditor since 1994. A certified public accountant at Douglas G. Sand and Associates Inc., he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s of business administration degree from Xavier University.

He lives in Reading with his wife, Ann Gilligan Sand, and their sons, Tyler and Zachary.

Douglas belongs to the CPA associations at the Cincinnati, Ohio, and national levels and is a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church.
