- Meetings start at 7:30 PM
Special Meetings are rare but do occur usually within a 24-hour minimum notice.
Upcoming meeting agenda to be posted 72 hours in advance on the Council Minutes Tab, at City Hall entrance glass doors, and Reading Community Library.
