James C Champlin - Council Member, Ward 3
 Jim Champlin is serving his first term on Reading City Council. He is a local small business owner (Champlin Associates Inc.) specializing in information technology engineering and management consulting services.
Jim attended OLSH School and Moeller High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in theology from the Athenaeum of Ohio. Jim continues to take courses in technology, business and management.
Jim enjoys volunteering in numerous church, school, youth sports and community service activities. Jim lives with his wife Sandy and their sons -- Jimmy and Chris -- on East Columbia Avenue.
