City Declares Snow Emergency Due to Winter Storm Warning
Friday, January 23, 2026
The City of Reading has declared a Snow Emergency effective Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. due to a Winter Storm Warning. Parking is prohibited on designated Snow Emergency Routes, and vehicles may be towed. Residents are urged to move vehicles and monitor City updates.
