Safety-Service Director
The Safety-Service Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the City under the authority of the Mayor. Budget and Appropriations are prepared by the Safety Service Director.
Patrick was appointed to Safety Service Director position in February of 2010.
Patrick is a graduate of Sts. Peter and Paul Grade School and St. Xavier High School. He graduated with a Finance degree and a Masters Degree in Administrative Studies from Boston College. He played 3 years in the NFL with the Seahawks, Patriots, Colts, and went to Superbowl with the Arizona Cardinals.
Prior to taking this position, he worked as City Clerk starting in July of 2009. In this role, Patrick handled the City Payroll, Water Billing, Human Resources, and Various other Administrative Operations of the City.
Patrick and his wife Katie have two daughters, Claudia and Penelope.
