1. QUESTON: Will the CDBG mini grant be supplemented with any additional dollars or is the 30k the project budget to which we should design our approach?
   
   ANSWER: The RFQ does not specify a budget for the Master Plan Update. The City will review all submitted proposals and determine the budget once the submissions have been reviewed. Factors the City will take into account in determining the final budget will depend on an analysis of all submissions including scope of work, qualifications, community engagement and proposed cost and compensation.
   
   
2. QUESTION: If the project budget is 30K, will the City be able/interested in contributing staff time to assist with some of the project tasks such as meeting facilitation?
   
   
   ANSWER: The City’s Economic Development Consultant will be available to assist with community engagement and coordination of meetings.
   
   
3. QUESTION:  Would it be ok to submit plans that, while for larger communities, would have the look and feel of what you would receive in Reading?
   
   ANSWER: Yes, that will be fine.
